

I've mainly been having fruit as a snack when I'm hungry at night because some fruits are harder to digest which means not fat is burned eg apples. I have been having a lot of fruit for breakfast which has stopped me from being hungry quickly.
I hope this gives you guys ideas on how you can swap your junk for healthy foods and I would never say to cut out junk food cold turkey because I enjoy it and your body needs that! Happy healthy eating.HANNAHROSE.
