Healthy eating.

I have been eating healthy the past few weeks and I totally feel the difference, but not too much because I still like my junk food. I have just been eating a lot more fruit and veg. I feel like I have lost some weight and it has helped me tone up whilst exercising. Bring on the beach body. 
I've mainly been having fruit as a snack when I'm hungry at night because some fruits are harder to digest which means not fat is burned eg apples. I have been having a lot of fruit for breakfast which has stopped me from being hungry quickly. 
I hope this gives you guys ideas on how you can swap your junk for healthy foods and I would never say to cut out junk food cold turkey because I enjoy it and your body needs that! Happy healthy eating.
