I was definately noticed at college anyways. I love wearing outfits that hopefully people will look at and be like I want to dress like that. This outfit definately wouldn't of been the same without the fishnet tights, it made the outfit. I need to invest in more funky tights! To complete my outfit I wore these cute shoes with white frilly socks! Soak up the cuteness! Almost forgo to mention that my dress is from topshop bought a wee while ago but you might find it in the sale and my fishnets and shoes are from newlook, if your a regular on my blog you will know my jacket is from topshop and cost £40 in sale from £70 low a bargain!
